Our car dealership is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Representative to manage and maintain our inventory system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, storage, and delivery of vehicles and ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain dealership inventory system
• Receive and process incoming vehicle shipments
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure vehicles are available for customer test drives and purchase
• Assist with other dealership operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in automotive inventory management preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
