Job description

Provide support to the Lead Project Manager under the Real Time Invoice Review Program. Duties include general and project-based work that may be time sensitive. The reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and pulling invoices from our client system, evaluating to determine if all documentation is present for that invoice. The incumbent will be required to provide regular and timely updates and resolutions to the management team and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be detail-oriented and have an exceptionally analytical and technical aptitude

Able to review statements, invoices, and claims from suppliers

Perform data analysis and develop detailed testing templates/work papers to present findings resulting from the analysis

Communicate and explain results and findings in a written and verbal form clearly and concisely

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., vlookups; Pivot Tables)

Should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.

Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Capable of working in a fast paced, demanding, entrepreneurial work environment

Assist with other projects as needed

Education/Experience:

College degree desired but not required

Prior work experience in audit, accounting, bookkeeping, contract management desired

Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written)

Comfortable working independently and in team-oriented setting

Must be self-motivated, positive, and professional at all times
