About the Role

With an expanding team of 200+ people in Brighton, offices in Brooklyn, NY and now Berlin, MPB is looking for a talented IT analyst to join our dynamic and friendly company where every employee has the opportunity to make an impact and grow.

This role would be part of our Business Support team, based at our Industry City office in central Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

As an IT Analyst at MPB you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing direct end user support for company IT hardware (predominantly Mac/iPhone) and software resources during UK office hours

• Support and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure and systems such as

  • VPN

  • Company Hardware (such as Laptops / Computer)

  • Communications SaaS tools (such as Slack and Gmail)

  • Owning enterprise SaaS tools from a migration level through to BAU supporting

  • Best practice password vault management

• Creating and maintaining documentation of IT Standard Operating Procedures

• Driving technology decisions and best practices for company security policies, working under the direction of the Tech Leads

• Creating documentation for and training company employees on use of company resources and security policies

• Procurement and administration of company hardware and software licenses, including best practice commercial approach alongside Finance team

Requirements

• Experience providing end-user support with patience and kindness

• Experience managing OS installations and machine images

• Apple support experience

• Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage time

• Understanding of best practice with information security

• A keen interested in cloud based infrastructure and computer networking

Salary:

$85k per year
