Title: IT Director

Location: Emeryville, CA

Anticipated Salary Range: $160k to $200k

Hours: 40 per week, hybrid schedule

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to join our team in Emeryville, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring that all systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.

As the IT Director, you will work closely with other department heads to identify their technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing the IT team and ensuring that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work both remotely and on-site as needed. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware and software procurement, network administration, and technical support
• Work with other department heads to identify their technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Manage the IT team and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology and recommend changes to the company's IT strategy as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in IT management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, security, and data management
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
