Reporting into the Senior Manager, PMO, the IT Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of IT project delivery from initiation through to delivery and handover. The IT Project Manager plays a pivotal role by working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technical solutions for the Mark Anthony Group.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Initiation (20%)

• Work with business and IT stakeholders to scope out projects including functional and technical deliverables, cost estimates, resources, and identification of benefits
• Prepare project scope documents and charters to initiate IT projects
• Prepare project plans and schedules

Build (70%)

• Lead project teams to ensure the project meets its quality, schedule and budget objectives
• Manage all phases of implementation, including status reporting, issue resolution, and cost monitoring.
• Update and negotiate resource requirements
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Provide regular communication to all stakeholders
• Plan and oversee end-user documentation, training and change management
• Plan and conduct operational handovers to Support teams

Governance (5%)

• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings
• Conduct risk management assessments and plans
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Maintain project scope and raising change requests as necessary

Continuous Improvement (5%)

• Conduct post-implementation debriefs to identify recommendations for continuous improvement
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for the IT department and PMO team

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications, Education, & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology related field
• 6+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience managing small and large-scale projects
• Experience with vendor selection and COTS implementation
• PMP certification
• Experience in Wine/Beer/Beverage industry (desired)
• Experience with business process improvement (desired)

Skills & Abilities

• Detail-oriented and meticulous when necessary, paired with the ability to understand the broader business context and strategic importance
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Ability to train or instruct in a large group setting
• Familiarity with cloud, client/server and relational database concepts
• Understanding of SDLC
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, MS Project and MS Visio
• Financial analysis or accounting experience (desired)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams (desired)
