JOB OVERVIEW:

This person will be joining the IT Department that currently consists of two individuals. This Firm uses Dell equipment and this person will thus be supporting a Dell Environment. This firm currently has 6 offices (Indianapolis South, Indianapolis North, Ft. Wayne, Crown Point, Evansville and Bowling Green, KY). The candidate will be supporting all the offices - approximately 175 employees. The CTO has been with the company 14 years and is open to training a candidate on some of the specific duties listed below

JOB DUTIES:

1) Building Workstations

2) Software Installations - AutoCAD and Civil 3D as well and civil engineering software

3) Troubleshooting Desktop, Peripherals, Software and Networking

4) Maintaining IT inventory and workstations

5) Administer workstations, printers, peripherals, phones, software deployment, servers, security updates and patches.

6) Maintain records of accounts, software licensing and company devices

7) Create/Write SOPs for IT department and users in the company

MISC. Information

• For troubleshooting user issues, this person will utilize MS Teams
• This person may need to travel to different offices as times to support IT initiatives or issues
• This person will work out of their Indy North location.
• This person will be "front line" support for the company and will escalate issues to the CTO or vendor support if they cannot fix issue
