Site Tech Services is a Tampa based company that focuses on IT managed services. Our main customers are in the automotive retail sector, and in the small to medium sized office environments. We focus on selling solutions that include hardware, software, installations, help desk, on-site support, and consultative services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an IT Field Support Technician to provide installation, maintenance and service of computers, VoIP phones, printers, media players, point-of-sale, and other equipment at customer locations - primarily large automotive dealerships in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. The right candidate will visit customer locations daily, respond to field dispatches and install/remove/repair equipment as needed. Our internal help desk will supply additional technical assistance as needed. Company vehicle is provided.

Position: Full-Time, Salary.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, preventive maintenance and installation of computers, VoIP phones, printers, media players, point-of-sale, and other equipment at customer locations. Visit various customer locations on a daily basis to ensure customers' IT needs are being taken care of. Interface at basic level with customer and internal help desk to effectively troubleshoot problems at customer location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 or more years of experience in Desktop PCs, VoIP, Printers & POS technical troubleshooting/repair. 2 or more years of experience in a customer service related position. Printer repair experience desirable.
