Overview:

Under the direction of the IT Manager, oversees the data management activities and all operations of the IT department for the agency.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Monitor Service Desk for ticket assigned
  • Troubleshoot systems hardware and software, installing, configuring, modifying, maintaining, and troubleshooting existing equipment, applications.
  • Oversee IT maintenance and equipment inventory in conjunction with service provider.
  • Maintain company assets update in the inventory system.
  • Supporting and documenting systems configuration
  • Provides audio/visual support for program needs.
  • Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  • Continues professional growth and development through seminars.
  • Provide remote/ onsite technical support to end users, escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO, Controller, or IT Manager

Qualifications:

High School Diploma with 1 -2 years related experience required, proven system helpdesk support is required, CompTIA A+ desired. Bilingual preferred by not necessary. Physical requirements include extended periods of time sitting or standing, ability to lift 75 lbs.,

ability to stoop, bend, climb and perform other actions commonly associated with information system maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.01 - $20.22 per hour
