Job description

We are a top multinational electronics corporation based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will have responsibilities such as collecting VOC, managing OpenITSM tickets, training new users, serving as the main point of contact for OpenITSM issues, managing system master data, performing gap analysis, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• System VOC collection
• Assign and assist with ticket completion using OpenITSM as Service Desk Agent
• OpenITSM Training for new users
• Main point of contact for OpenITSM issues. Escalate issue to HQ if unable to be resolved.
• System Master Data management - Data Gathering / Compilation / Updating / Finalization
• Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow
• Technical Support – providing guide Individual employee upon solution provided by HQ

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
• Managing internal tasks and report to relevant member
• Strong problem-finding skills
• Must have an experience in end-user support
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential

• Korean / Enlgish bilingual Required (Speak, Read and Write)

• Level: Junior (no relevant experience required but preferred)
• Contract period: One year
• Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (work onsite 3 day/wk from June)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,500.00 per year
