IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) – partial remote
This is an opportunity to join a true proactive Cloud and Managed Services company that is rapidly scaling their Professional Services (projects) Team. They have a full time position open for a IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) – partial remote.
This position consists of providing Tier II remote support, and occasionally assisting in project-based work. The breakdown of support vs project work will vary based on individual client infrastructure needs
IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) – partial remote Requirements:
- Experience working with ConnectWise
- 2+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
- Support VMware and Windows Server 2012/2016 remotely in a team environment.
- Troubleshooting VMware and Windows and implementing solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
- Recommendation, testing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for clients
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016, Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
- Cloud experience via AWS/AZURE a major plus
IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) – partial remote Compensation:
- $60,000-$75,000
- Hybrid in office/ remote schedule (2-3 days remote)
