Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Design Works Gaming is looking for a motivated and skilled IT Technician to join our IT Team in Scottsdale! DWG IT provides support to all departments, configures applications and hardware, and helps maintain a secure work environment. How you’ll grow…
At Design Works Gaming, you will be a part of a close-knit team supporting all thing’s technology. From Office 365 to Jira, IT is responsible for maintaining and provisioning various applications and systems used for game design, development, and deployment. Improvements and new ideas are always welcomed!
Your Role and Impact:
- Provide support for hardware and software.
- Document and implement IT processes.
- Manage backups for various systems and applications.
- Support and manage help desk tickets.
- Deploy hardware including laptops, tablets, phones, and peripherals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience
- Experience supporting and managing help desk tickets
- Excellent with both verbal and written communication
- Windows and Linux experience (can include IOS and Android)
- Experience with physical and virtual machines (AWS, Azure, vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Experience deploying and maintaining hardware and software
- Experience with Office 365 related applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Understand various network components and configurations (VPN, switches, etc)
- Microsoft Azure experience is a plus.
