Daily

• Remove all trash & debris from exterior perimeters.

• Vacuum wall to wall utilizing vacuum wand to vacuum comers, edges, and door entry. Vacuum walk off mats.

• Move mats to clean underneath. Allow surface to dry prior to replacement of mat.

• Dust mop and then damp mop hard surface floors with approved disinfectant cleaner.

• Clean and polish lobby furniture.

• Clean:

• o Doors, walls, all baseboard areas
• o Horizontal surfaces including windowsills
• o Counter tops and tables
• o TV sets (If applicable)

• Clean and disinfect; Remove splash marks and polish bright work. Only use approved disinfectant.

• o Telephones
• o All sinks, drinking fountains, water coolers, washbasins, mirrors
• o Toilet bowls, urinals, and toilet seats, and restroom partitions
• o All metal & chrome fixtures and dispensers
• o All doorframes, door knobs, light switches, safety grab bars and handrails, windows and glass partitions. Remove fingerprints/marks.
• o Tile walls

• Empty all trash receptacles. Disinfect under and around waste receptacles.

• Break down empty boxes and dispose.

• Stock paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap and liners

Weekly

• Vacuum traffic lanes. Vacuum walk off mats in carpeted offices and conference rooms.

• Clean and polish office furniture.

• Dust and damp wipe light fixtures, ceiling vents.

• Surface dust window blinds.

• Accomplish all high dusting not reached in the above mentioned cleaning.

• Disinfect soiled walls and tiles.

Monthly

• Vacuum all upholstered furniture.

• Wipe down plastic and leather furniture.

• Clean all A/C vents.

• Clean and disinfect all waste receptacles in and out.

• Wash all partition glass.

• Clean interior/exterior doors paying close attention to doors jams. Wash baseboards.

• Floor care - program includes mix of strip and wax, scrub / recoat burnishing. Schedule varies monthly.

Bi-Monthly

• Clean and polish all chrome chairs and table legs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $600.00 per month
