This position is for cleaning Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings and New Construction / Remodels with some Residential.

We are offering a $300.00 sign on bonus for all new employees. To be applied to check after 90 days employment with a minimum of absences.

Duties to include; dusting, wiping, cleaning restrooms / locker rooms, emptying trash, vacuum and mopping floors.

• Employees must be able to lift 50 pounds, be agile and able to bend, stoop, climb, go up and down stairs, walk continuously as there is a lot of time spent on your feet, work at a rapid and productive pace.
• You must demonstrate constant punctual attendance.
• Must report to work in a clean and tidy appearance, in uniform, for every shift.
• Requires night and weekend work depending on shift assignment.
• Part-Time position is between 25-30 hours per week.
• Available to work between 4:30 pm and 1:00 am or later, as needed depending on shifts assigned.
• You must have your own reliable transportation as some positions require you to work in multiple locations. Must have current and valid Driver's License along with minimum liability auto insurance.
• Must have reliable cell phone / landline at all times.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions required with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to use all required cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Must be able to work independently and productively, either alone or in a team environment, and get along with staff and Management.
• Employees are Bonded / Insured and are required to pass Background Check/ Drug Test
