Join the hardworking team at Melanie Casey as a part time Jewelry Production Coordinator. This part-time position is Monday to Friday, 8am to noon, 20 hours per week during onboarding and training. Upon successful completion of the training period, we offer a flexible but consistent, Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm EST, 20 hours weekly with up to 10 additional hours during peak times, in our beautiful Andover studio.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and assign work orders for our team of jewelers to complete

• Conduct quality control by inspecting finished jewelry to ensure it meets company quality benchmarks

• Track products through production to ensure timely completion

• Collect, compile, and maintain relevant production information and manufacturing data across various G-suite apps

• Miscellaneous paperwork and filing related to production

• Additional ad hoc duties, as needed

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior experience with jewelry a plus but not required

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Superior facilitation and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Enthusiastic and dedicated

• Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team

• Professional in communications, appearance, relationships and responsiveness

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
