Title: JIRA administration/Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Fulltime permanent
CLEARANCE: *Public Trust

Employment:

• Administer JIRA’s core software and formulate technical solutions using JIRA and associated JIRA plugins or Atlassian products.
• Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.
• Create custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
• Develop solutions extending Atlassian REST service and JIRA plugins using Atlassian SDK.
• Design and manage JIRA and Confluence queries and dashboards for metrics reporting.
• Serve as the JIRA and Atlassian technical resource for migrations to ensure adoption of development and workflow processes, address user questions, and develop training as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years’ direct IT experience.
• 5+ years’ JIRA administration and report/automation development experience.
• Experience with: Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.

EDUCATION: *Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science, engineering, math, or similar major. OR *Total of 8 years’ relevant Experience in lieu of degree.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
