Job Description

As a Key Account Associate, you will support the customer team's day-to-day activities and projects. You will help our customers align Perenso's solutions with their business objectives, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on how to help our customers realize those business objectives.

The Key Account Associate's main priority is the success of their dedicated client’s event. This requires project management leading up to the event, as well as managing all aspects of the tradeshow event on location. This will involve coordinating internal departments to ensure client timelines and deliverables are met, defining problems before they arise, evaluating and selecting alternatives, as well as implementing solutions. You will be proactive and take initiative on tasks by asking questions. As part of the account management team, you are also expected to train other members of the team, as well as the client and their end-users of the software.

The role is full-time and will involve travel across the United States and Canada as required throughout the year.

Daily Tasks:

  • This role may include tasks such as project management, SaaS application configuration, data analysis, customer training, and PowerPoint material preparation and delivery.
  • In addition, you may be asked to lead metrics reporting, customer support issue coordination and resolution, and market analysis.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Qualities:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Able to manage teams ranging from 2 to 14 members
  • Must be able to speak in front of large groups of people
  • Must be able to creatively solve issues that arise

Requirements for:

  • Must be 21 plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel via airplane, car, or public transportation
  • Active driver’s license
  • Active passport a plus
  • Position requires a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, 1-year minimum
  • Must be willing to travel 30 – 50% of the working year

Technical:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
  • Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hrs. per day
  • Must be able to use a computer for up to 8hrs. per day

Pay: $28.55/hour depending on experience
