A Kitchen Team Member is responsible for all Restaurant & Food Service operations at our store. They create the delicious, traditional, southern, comfort food that our customers know and love! Responsibilities:

• Oversees of all food service employees on the shift.
• Always practices and maintains safe food service procedures.
• Orders restaurant food and chemicals.
• Provides Customer Service for all restaurant guests.
• Speaks honestly and always acts with integrity.
• Effectively communicates procedures, promotions, and new products to employees.
• Trains and develops all kitchen employees.
• Trains employees on safety procedures and proper use of restaurant equipment, knife handling and grease disposal.
• Makes certain employees have the tools and items necessary to perform their jobs.
• Enforces compliance with company standards, systems, procedures, and policies.
• Prepares daily prep lists.
• Takes weekly inventory.
• Meets with following Manager at the beginning and end of each shift.

Requirements:

• Comfortable and proficient with food and chemical ordering
• Proficient in weekly inventory
• 3+ years of Food Service, Restaurant or Cook experience
• 1+ year in a supervisory position - leading a staff in excess of 20 people
• Must be able to multi-task
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
