Job description

Our organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to launch and lead our primary care clinic in the Fort Collins, Greeley and Erie area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering medical care to patients of all ages and will practice clinical medicine by evaluating and treating patients with common medical conditions. We are also seeking a Nurse Practitioner who will be able to oversee procedures such as blood tests, x-rays and related diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients' primary medical problems.
• Assess and treat urgent medical problems.
• Advise patients on preventive health care.
• Be aware of the latest medical information and treat patients based on the latest findings.
• Oversee hospital staff nurses and other assistants.
• Advise doctors on treatment and medications.

Pay: From $56.00 per hour
