The Employee/Labor Relations Representative administers and interprets the various labor agreements (CSEA, UUP, PEF, PBANYS and GSEU) at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Labor Relations, Human Resources or related field, plus two years of related experience required. Attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem solving skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a unionized environment, public sector and/or in a hospital/healthcare setting is preferred.
Work Days:Monday-Friday
