Part-Time Parks Department Laborer
The Speedway Parks Department is looking for a part-time, weekend, seasonal worker.
What you get to do
· Responsible for opening the Parks on the weekend
· Maintain restrooms, trash receptacles and ground trash
· Mow, trim, paint, and minor equipment repairs, as requested
Additional Opportunities
· Additional shifts available Monday – Friday to help with weekly job duties, if desired. Preferably Monday and Friday
· Additional opportunities to assist with snow removal in the winter
Experience
· Landscape maintenance
· General repairs
Schedule: 28 – 30 hours per week (April – December)
-Specific schedule can be flexible, however, must be able to work split shifts over the weekend. For example, 8 AM – 12 PM and 5 PM – 9 PM Sat/Sun.
Must have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts and a valid Indiana Driver’s License.
Pay: $15 per hour
