Job Requirements/Duties:

• Landscape designer is responsible for meeting with new and existing clients to assess their landscape design needs and carrying the relationship with the client through the design and installation processes
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients throughout the project and after
  • Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Lead and instruct team to produce excellent and profitable product
  • Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved
  • Forecast equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production
  • Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner
  • Ability to adapt to changes in workflow throughout the day to meet job needs and changes
  • Ability to work with lead designers on overlapping projects

Qualifications:

• This individual will carry out the entire installation from start to finish- including building the design and helping with installation
• Experience in sales and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of plants and materials used in our growing region
• Overall knowledge of landscape skills required to complete job
• Knowledge of the safe use of fertilizer, chemicals, pesticides, etc. that are commonly used in the landscape environment
• The ability to create and interpret landscape designs, sketches, and schematics using Real-Time Landscape PRO and Excel Sheets
• Minimum of 2 years landscape design related work is preferred
