Landscape Projects Enhancement Crew Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a Landscape Projects Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety procedures and ensuring that all crew members are following them.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscapers in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and implement safety procedures and ensure that all crew members are following them
• Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure that their needs are met
• Order and track materials and equipment
• Maintain and complete crew time records
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment
• Complete all required paperwork and reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance
• Experience with plant installations and hardscapes
• Experience with landscape / construction equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
