Job Description:
The day-to-day activities performed by a landscape technician is to assist the pesticide handler, sprayer, and applicator by filling sprayer holding units with a specific mix of water and chemicals, carefully using pesticides and herbicides, and loading application machinery with chemicals. They also connect ducting, hoses, and nozzles to application machinery; power on application machinery; and operate machinery and chemical applications.
Qualifications/Job Conditions:
Must be able to push, pull and carry 50 pounds.
Must be able to read chemical label.
Must have a valid CA Driver's License.
Position environment is primarily outdoors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
