Job Summary
This position is responsible for monthly billing of contracted customers via all types of billing methods. This position will validate all required billing data inputs are complete and accurate for monthly billing. Any discrepancies will be researched and monitored to resolution.
Position will also include collaborating with key stakeholders to reduce quoting and set-up errors.

Key Accountabilities
- Exception processing
- Billing reports processing
- Account set up validation
- Billing data validation and correction
- Manually process corrections
- Manually calculate and bill accounts as required
- Coordination with Utilities for timely resolution of anomalies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Vistra effectiveness and efficiency
- New hire training
- Resolve reported issues in a timely and decisive manner, or escalate as appropriate
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Contract interpretation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Above average Excel skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Key Metrics
- Support departmental SLA’s and work queue achievement
- Maintain qualitative and quantitative measurements related to departmental goals
