Job Responsibilities:

• Manage entire process of delivery, removal, installation, and startup/commissioning of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, duct and accessories in replacement, renovation and new construction environments.
• Directly supervise at least one helper and perform work under supervision of the Installation Department Manager - questions are encouraged, and motivation to independently perform assigned and understood tasks timely and accurately is highly valued.
• Comply with all safety and company standards, policies and procedures.
• Keep work area, tools, company vehicles and property clean, neat and organized.

Job Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and background check are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and minimum one year prior experience as an HVAC lead installer is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders/attic stairs, and maneuver in attics/basements/crawl spaces is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and carry a minimum of 50 pounds is required.
• Professional and neat appearance and dress (including proper company-provided uniforms) at all times is required.
• Effective communication skills with both colleagues and customers is required (fluency in English is a must), including use of digital phone apps for various job duties.
• Willingness to continuously expand knowledge and share it with others is required.
• Transportation will be provided during work hours; personal transportation will be required to travel between company office and home each morning/evening.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
