• Will work directly with departmental supervisorWill provide work assignments and instructions to members of team
• Must be able to lead team members to complete assigned tasks
• Must be able to delegate work to team members
• Must be able to perform forklift operator's job as needed
• Must be able to perform material handler's job as needed
• Need intermediate knowledge of PkMS and RF unit
• Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management
• May perform other duties as directed by supervision
• Required to follow and uphold all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures
• Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed

• High school education or GED not required - valid state drivers license preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities
• Willingness to work all scheduled work days
• Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment
• Must be able to pass a forklift operator's test
• Requires good judgment and decision making ability
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Must work well in a fast paced environment
