Lease Account Administrator Overview
This position is part of First Western Equipment Finance, a division of First Western Bank & Trust, located in Eden Prairie, MN. Our focus is on providing straightforward finance solutions to help vendors and manufacturers sell more equipment and help customers get the equipment they need for their business.
The Account Administrator role will assist First Western Equipment Finance’s Account Managers through the preparation and documentation of loan and lease contracts while providing customer service for both customers and vendors. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate looking to learn the ins-and-outs of the equipment finance industry and grow their skill set.

• Generate finance contracts – add all necessary information into the equipment finance software and send finance contracts to applicable equipment dealers and end-user customers
• Arrange customer files for funding: collect and organize invoices, contracts, and other information in files for manager approval
• Fund vendors - prepare batch files for release of funds to dealers
• Book transactions - originate contracts in the equipment finance software to generate customer invoices
• Perform outbound service calls to ensure finance transactions are handled smoothly

Lease Account Administrator Qualifications

• Business Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with word processing and accounting calculations
• Interest in learning the equipment finance industry and working within an efficient sales team
