Responsibilities:
- Must have 2 years experience
- Bi-lingual required
- Conduct any and all communications with our customers, prospects, residents, applicants or coworkers in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Lease apartments at optimum rent levels and keep vacancies to a minimum.
- Leasing office operations (file, answering phones, assist managers as requested, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
