We are looking for an experienced leasing agent who has an energetic personality who can be personable, professional, relate to others, and is organized.

This position is typically the first person that a future or current resident sees and speaks with. This position would allow you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing with a proven track record in sales and customer service. Experience in the multi-housing industry and experience with Realpage/Onesite is highly preferred.

Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and provide information as to which of our apartments best fit those needs.
• Check curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure we are ready to tour and demonstrate our product offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow-up on prospect internet and phone leads to try to set appointments
• Meet with new prospects and provide expert information on our product offering in a kind and helpful manner to try to win the business of new customers who meet our property criteria
• Process applications and gather the verifications that support the application for underwriting approval process and prepare the move-in paperwork.
• Conduct move-in orientation and ensure all move-in requirements are met to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications: • Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is required• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a high level of professionalism • Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting • Previous knowledge of RealPage/Onesite property management software is highly preferred.
