Job Description: The Leasing Greeter acts as the first point of contact for all prospective residents. The leasing greeter acts as the liaison between the client and their agent. This client focused position interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

Reports to: Leasing Manager

Wage Status: Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures that each guest receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes standing to greet and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards and solid community knowledge.
  • Responsible for delivering a warm and gracious welcome with each guest while

exceeding client experience expectations.

  • Maintains a sincere, friendly, and helpful demeanor while communicating with guests.
  • Consistently and accurately capture client information for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the tools that are available.
  • Ensures that refreshments and snacks are fully stocked to accommodate our guests’ needs.
  • Assist with daily set-up and closing of the leasing office and communicate on any housekeeping/maintenance issues.
  • Participates in any special projects and events as needed.


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior training in Fair Housing regulations preferred
  • Weekend work is required
  • Ability to successfully pass background and drug test
  • Must be willing to adhere to company dress code.
  • Must be enthusiastic with strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • Must possess strong listening and probing skills.
  • Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be extremely responsive, courteous, reliable, energetic, and upbeat.
  • Must be capable of embracing growth and change.
