• This position is located in New Britain, CT close to West Farms Mall.
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, schedule appointments, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features
• Greet visitors (residents, and future residents)
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition
• Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
• Collect application fees, deposits and rent
• Prepare and submit application materials for approval
• Follow up with prospects after viewing homes or submitting applications
• Prepare notices, procedures, and applicant information packets.
• Maintain leasing reports and send daily/weekly as needed.
• Inspect models and available “market ready” units, communicate related service needs to Property Management and Maintenance teams.
• Work in collaboration with the property management team to ensure an exceptional and unrivaled customer experience.

About you:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years’ experience in related professional area or sales
• Strong sales aptitude and focus on providing current and prospective residents with exceptional customer service
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with tenants, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
• Demonstrates flexibility with hours and days worked
• Applicant will have reliable transportation
