Annapolis law firm (Business and Estates & Trusts) seeks a dedicated individual to help us accomplish our goal of providing the highest quality legal services to our clients. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, and ability to learn and work in additional computer systems essential, as well as professional phone manner and appearance. Strong language skills are required, must be at ease using spoken and written word to communicate with clients. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, initiative, and discretion required. Cover letter, resume and geographic proximity to Annapolis, MD REQUIRED. Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills;
• an ethic of personal service and desire to grow in professionalism;
• 1-3 years experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in the areas of business and/or estates and trusts;
• college degree or equivalent experience;
• experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• basic math skills and understanding of financial transactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
