We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who has experience in a medical setting and has the ability to understand and apply massage techniques to a variety of ailments. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent verbal communication skills and an aptitude for both one-on-one work as well as consulting with patients on healthy lifestyle changes. Vitality Health has been providing healthcare needs to the Chicagoland area for over 20 years and we are in need of a therapeutic individual who is charming, excellent at what they do, has good bedside manner, a team player and social. Being proficient or certified in other techniques is a plus. Massage therapy is a crucial component of our treatment protocols and having experience is a plus but not necessary. As a therapist, you will be responsible for not only taking care of the patient, but doing notes, laundry for the sheets that are used and even helping book more massage appointments when necessary, as a team player. As a team, we also help the therapists with their needs as well.

Responsibilities:

• Use your hands to massage the body.
• Tell the difference between healthy and unhealthy tissue to avoid injury.
• Communicate with clients to determine their needs.
• Be aware of the pitfalls of a stressful environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
