Maximum Health Physical Therapy, a busy growing practice is looking to hire a Physical Therapist. Candidate needs to be self-motivated and passionate about helping others. We work together providing you with the necessary tools and support to help you make the most of your career.

This is an opportunity to work in our newly constructed facility where we truly care about our patient's needs. We are a manual therapy clinic and offer a wide variety of orthopedic cases. We have all the necessary equipment, but are primarily a hands-on clinic, seeing no more than 2 people per hour. We have developed an outstanding reputation both in the community and with surrounding medical professionals.

Physical Therapists will be treating patient populations consisting of ages ranging from 8 years old to 90 years old. 75% of our clinic population is under 60 years of age.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ PT license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Salary is extremely competitive and commensurate with experience. Increased salary for experience, various orthopedic, and manual therapy certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
