Tudor Oaks Senior Living, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for knowledgeable and compassionate nurses (RN / LPN) to join our team.

We are currently hiring for multiple shifts with pay based on experience, up to $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Wages starting at $28.00 for LPN & $31.00 for RN.

• Day Shift (part-time, 0.4 FTE)
• Evening Shift (part-time, .6 FTE)

As a Nurse (RN/LPN) at Tudor Oaks you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.

What you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current Registered Nurse license (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wisconsin (or compact license) required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers.
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
• Covid-19 vaccination or exemption is required to work in a healthcare setting.
