Position Summary of our LPNs:

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Nursing, or designee, the Nurse is responsible for providing care to the clients and providing direction and supervision to nonprofessional personnel in the provision of direct client care.
Job Duties:

Shift Information:

- Night Shift - 6:30pm-7am
- Monday - Friday; 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Admissions)

**Shift differential offered for night shift!

What you will do as an LPN:

• Receive and store all orders from pharmacy in accordance with facility policies
• Take and record patient vital signs according to schedule and policy
• Assess patient symptoms regularly, report condition changes to physician if change in care plan may be necessary
• Dispense medications to patients as needed, according to schedule, and in line with facility policies
• Respond to medical emergencies and call physician as needed for orders
• Provide client care with minimal supervision. Adapt to assignments based on unit need. Independently recognize and assume additional responsibility.
• Demonstrate ability to perform procedures and skills in a safe and accurate manner; able to perform complex procedures and skills independently or with minimal supervision.
• Manage unit when in charge; handle unusual, stressful, complex situations with minimal supervision
