Opportunity to join a boutique, high volume real estate brokerage in Bellevue.

Must haves:

  • Must have active real estate agent license & MLS membership required.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours (Any 5 full days including both weekends)
  • Must be able to work in Bellevue office when not with clients (we call this wealth management time)
  • Must be willing to drive anywhere in King, Snohomish counties, and Pierce County
  • Willingness to assist in all aspect of firms business as needed (photography appts, staging, etc)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work office hours, attend team meetings, and trainings.
  • Collaborate with Director of Operations, co-brokers, escrow teams, and vendors to enhance client experience.
  • Host 4 open houses/month. Collect contact info from visitors, put them in CRM & follow up.
  • Attend & shadow buyer consultations.
  • Schedule showings w/ buyers, provide timely feedback to other sales agents.
  • Learn the home buying process & be able to explain it to buyers while out showing.
  • Learn basic loan types, general down payment %’s, estimate closing costs.
  • Move SOI into database, make quarterly calls to them (scheduled in CRM).
  • Continue to grow SOI over time.
  • Conduct Open House lead follow up.
  • Use MLS effectively to create client property searches, property searches in CRM, listing eAlert drip campaigns and relevant CMAs.
  • Shadow property inspections & repair negotiations as needed.
  • Overcome common buyer objections while showing.
  • Ability to ask leading questions.
  • Listen to buyer’s needs and make adjustments to their search criteria as necessary.
  • Learn local communities and market trends.
  • Learn local school district boundaries & neighborhood pros and cons.
  • Shadow writing contracts, negotiating offers, and listing appointments.
  • Ability to answer inbound lead calls, sign calls, internet inquiries & how to set client appointments.
  • Learn or possess knowledge of all online transactional, forms & document software platforms. Chime CRM & Skyslope experience a plus
  • Ability to assist in all aspects of transaction from escrow to closing.
  • Various errands related to the business (lockboxes, signs, flyers, etc).

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay: From $87,000-108,000 per year (Base salary + bonus pay. Based on 2 closing/per month).

Bonus pay is based on show to closed transactions and final purchase price.

Schedule:

5 days per/week must include weekends. Evenings as needed
