As a Life Enrichment Assistant at our facility some of your responsibilities would consist of but not limited to:

• o Assist in developing long and short-term goals for the department.
• o Evaluates the effectiveness of the departmental programs making recommendations when necessary.
• o Helps coordinates and supervises the Volunteer Program
• o Assists the department’s community contacts and public relations through recruiting mechanisms directed at university and high school students.
• o Assess individual resident’s abilities and interests and implements an appropriate plan of involvement.
• o Evaluates resident’s performance and document in progress notes which are reviewed quarterly.

Employment Requirements:

• Education: High School or GED preferred
