LINE COOKS/PREP RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Label and stock all ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
-Manage the grill and plating orders
-Clean and wash dishes and restaurant equipment/area
-Comply with food handling and sanitation guidelines
-Prepare and organize cooking station for yourself and other cooks
-Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

LINE COOKS/PREP REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience as a prep cook desirable, but not required. (Training is available)
-Knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules
-Manual dexterity to operate kitchen utensils and equipment
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
-Physical endurance time work long shifts in a busy environment
-Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and communication skills
-Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

COCINEROS DE LÍNEA/PREPARACIÓN REQUERIMIENTOS:
-Experiencia probada como cocinero de preparación deseable, pero no requerida. (Entrenamiento disponible)
-Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud de la cocina.
-Habilidad manual para operar utensilios y equipos de cocina.
-Capacidad para levantar 50 libras
-El tiempo de resistencia física trabaja turnos largos en un ambiente ocupado
-Excelentes habilidades laborales, puntualidad y comunicación.
-Debe ser flexible y capaz de trabajar en una variedad de turnos, incluidos días, noches y fines de semana.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
