Job description
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, an eye for detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ideally, experience in grill, sauté and pizza making are beneficial. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and adhering to food safety standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that all food is stored properly and safely.
- Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing food.
- Monitor food quality and freshness.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
