Toshi's Teriyaki Grill is looking to hire a line cook for our weekly pop-up restaurant at the downtown Walnut Creek farmers market. The market is held every Sunday. This is a 6 month seasonal job starting in May and ending in November.
Key responsibilities
- Grill chicken on char-broiler
- Cook rice and portion into containers
- Slice grilled chicken
- Work with high precision, speed and attention to detail
- Assist the chef & cashier as needed to ensure smooth operation
