We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are attentive, have excellent communication skills, stay organized, lead by example, and have the motivation to positively reinforce the team while practicing safe food handling and restaurant etiquette.

We're closed ALL major holidays, yearly staff appreciation parties, and you'll have management who cares about you individually! Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time, we can make it happen!

A great cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team. Need to be flexible in work times.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Know importance of portion control and food costs.
• Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Preparing simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Reporting to the General Manager/Kitchen Manager and following instructions.
• Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards
• Cleaning prep areas and taking care of leftovers.
• Cooking menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Line Cook Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Open Availability or willingness to work.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or willing to learn.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
• Report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
• Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• If sick, you are required to obtain a doctor's note if asked to do so.
• Perform other duties as directed by ALL management.
• Report to required meetings.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
