The ideal line cook/prep cook has a background in preparing food, is comfortable working with others in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for fine dining. The position requires that the successful candidate be able to work quickly and efficiently, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work both the line and the prep kitchen.
• Be a team player.
• Work quickly.
• Understand your job and complete it to the best of your ability.
• Ensure safe food handling practices.
• Utilize an effective communication style.
• Have basic math skills to complete simple equations.
