Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

• Manage the timely dispatch of medications and help with toting.
• Plan and track medication delivery according to customer expectations
• Help recruit and coordinate Independent Contractors according to availabilities and requirements
• Prepare accurate reports manage Independent Contractor invoicing.
• Arrange STAT deliveries whenever possible

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1+ years' experience in customer service within a pharmacy setting or pharmacy logistics
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of e-Courier a plus
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and on-call hours necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $24.86 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
