McIntyre Elder Law provides premium legal services in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law. We are in search of an experienced and driven Long-Term Care Medicaid Application Specialist. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Medicaid policy and experience with benefit planning and placing long-term care Medicaid applications.

The primary job duties and responsibilities consist of:

• Following Medicaid Policies and Procedures
• Working directly with Attorneys for benefit planning
• Placing Adult Medicaid Long-Term Care Applications
• Working directly with the Department of Social Services statewide.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Experience with long-term care Medicaid planning and/or applications.
• Experience working in a law firm and/or in finance is desirable.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Extraordinary organizational skills
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace/Apps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
