Job description
Duties:
Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
Ensure that patients take their medication.
Assist doctors and registered nurses.
Liaise with patients' families
Required Experience: 6 months recent exp.
Preferred Experience: Rehab/SNF
Float Req's: Must float to all units (Short-Term, Long-Term, Dementia/Memory) Scheduling Requirements: Must be flexible to work the needs of the facility. No block scheduling.
Shift: Days 7a-3p. 40 hours guaranteed per week
Weekends: e/o weekend.
Required: LPN License for NY BLS Certification from AHA & Covid Vaccination

Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
