Bethany Lutheran Home, Sioux Falls is looking to hired a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . The successful candidate will be a part of a nursing team whose focus is on achieving excellence in quality measures, resident satisfaction, and meeting Bethany’s mission, vision, and values. All shifts available - 8 or 12 hour shifts available
Key Responsibilities: :
- Supervise CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine.
- Chart the progress of residents using Point Click Care system.
- Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people.
- Cultivate relationships of trust and compassion with our residents.

REQUIREMENTS
- LPN license from an accredidated program
- Nursing experience preferred.
