LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Broward and Palm Beach
Henderson Behavioral Health is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our non-profit organization. Bring your knowledge, skills, and positive attitude to ensure the wellness of our clients. As an LPN, you will be responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments, assessing physical health needs, making appropriate referrals to community physicians, providing of a range of treatment, rehabilitation, support services, and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff. Ensure that the program operates within the guidelines established by CARF, the Department of Children and Families and Henderson Behavioral Health.
Positions available in Broward and Palm Beach. Full time, Part time, and Per diem opportunities available, as well as opportunities to work with Youth, Adults, and Families. Continuous opportunities for growth available as we continue to expand.
All locations/programs require:
· Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
· A minimum of one-year nursing experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
· Experience working with persons having a severe and persistent mental illness.
Licensed Practical Nurse – Broward
· This is a direct service position
· Schedule 8am – 5pm
Centralized Receiving System (CRS) Licensed Practical Nurse Part Time – Broward
· One-year experience heavily concentrated in the behavioral health field preferred.
· Schedule 4pm – 12am
Helping Individuals Live Longer (HILL) Licensed Practical Nurse - Broward
· Training and experience or certification in phlebotomy.
· Two years of experience in a primary care setting preferred
Residential Licensed Practical Nurse (F/T & P/T) - Broward
· One-year experience heavily concentrated in the mental health field.
· Experience working with residential populations strongly preferred.
Florida Assertive Community Team (FACT) Licensed Practical Nurse – Palm Beach
· Experience working with individuals having a substance use disorder preferred
· Experience working with the forensic populations is strongly preferred.
