As our new LPN/LVN, you will provide direct care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, that changes the lives of patients every day. You will be responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- care planning to improve the overall patient experience in the medical surgical setting
- direct and indirect patient care within the scope of practice
- problem solving
- beside nursing
- medication administration and treatments
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
3. Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting, preferred
4. IV certification upon hire
5. ACLS (AHA) certification, preferred
