We are looking for a talented Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team, and work out of our luxury showroom, in Boston. As a sales consultant you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building lasting relationships with clients, and guiding fine jewelry sales for our sustainable, luxury jewelry brand. We are looking for applicants that thrive in a retail setting and are comfortable working weekends and during major holiday seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-person and virtually, providing personalized experiences to guide them through their purchase journey.
• Respond promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries via chat and phone.
• Manage a high volume of sales leads and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
• Continuously improve your sales performance based on customer feedback surveys.
• Utilize your expertise in diamond and gemstone products to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and educate customers on our brand's mission and values.
• Collaborate with the team and use our ERP system to manage tasks and communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
